must feed my pet spider and then go to bed.

when i’ll wake up tomorrow it will be still dark and this will be eternal. and i’ll move to new orleans which still is beautiful. i’ll find people there who i think i have known for ages, even if we never met. we’ll hide in this city, together with angels and spooky kids.

Kleine, zackige Eisstückchen kreisen
um dein Herz, veranlassen es,
in regelmässigen Abständen
Blutkristalle zu hauchen
Oxygen rauscht wie das Meer
Heb deine toten Arme
forme die Hände zu Muscheln
lege sie über deine Ohren
Im Meer, wo Oxygen rauscht
wo dunkle Sirenen singen

“There was something to be said for the bodiless feeling that came after the cold. Something I would always remember. When you forget how bad it hurts, you feel so free.”

a ghost by your side

we are driving on a lost highway and god you are driving so fast
on this lonely dark side of the street
and you don't know that i am
always sitting by your side a ghost by your side
always holding your hand
always looking out for you
always smiling at you
on this lonely highway in this lost world without a name
i am by your side not only in this game
NOT ONLY IN THIS GAME
and you will see me one day sitting next to you in your car when you are driving
home after a night filled with dancing and loneliness and then i will be real
when you see me
(you know, like, in the lyrics of the sisters of mercy – i don’t exist when you don’t see me)
promise me one thing just one fucking thing...never stop looking out for me.
then i will shine for you.
i guess i can make you forget this world out there, this freakshow out of control
and you are doing the same thing for me,
cause when i‘ve read your text i‘ve smiled for the first time today.
